Princess Cruises is accepting applications for Virtual Auditions for our Activity Staff Positions!

We will be holding auditions by invitation only. Ideally looking for candidates with immediate availability for November & December start dates.

Here at Princess, we pride ourselves on delivering a fun, innovative and engaging entertainment product powered by a group of talented Activity Staff led by our dynamic Cruise Directors. If you have entertainment experience hosting gameshows, sporting events, dance classes and more, then this is the opportunity you've been looking for. We are looking for charming and charismatic people who don’t shy away from being in the spotlight while also ensuring that everyone around them is having the most memorable vacation ever! Sailing to over 380 cruise destinations across more than 100 countries on all 7 continents, it's arguably the greatest job in the world!

PRINCESS CRUISES is coming to New York City and holding invited calls for all dancer roles, this includes Dancers with Aerial, and Dancers who Sing, found on our Sphere class of ships. Our dynamic and visually stunning new shows and experiences are developed by top international industry leading directors, choreographers and producers who have worked with a variety of artists on a global scale.

There will be two audition blocks. If you are only available for one of the audition blocks, then please let us know in the notes section of your application.

November 11, 2025: Morning Audition: 10:00AM - 1:00PM

November 11, 2025: Afternoon Audition: 2:00PM - 5:00PM

All submissions must be in no later than Sunday, November 9, 2025. Submissions will remain open until all spots are filled. Due to the number of submissions, we receive, we may not be able to see everyone who submits. Invites will go out on a rolling basis beginning October 30, 2025

SEEKING:

THEATRICAL SHOW DANCERS -Fit, athletic dancers with strong technical training and outgoing personalities. Actively seeking all ethnicities and genders. No singing required

DANCERS WITH AERIAL EXPERIENCE - Fit, athletic dancers with strong technical training and outgoing personalities. Actively seeking all ethnicities and genders. No singing required

DANCERS WHO SING - Playing age should be mid 20's to late 30's due to the roles they need to perform. Fit, athletic dancers with strong technical training and outgoing personalities. Actively seeking all ethnicities and genders. Female Dancers must have a full rock belt to at least C above middle C. Male Dancers must have a minimum of a sustained G4. Must be strong actors and have a good sense of comic timing.

PRINCESS CRUISES will be coming to New York City to audition vocalist for our theatrical casts. Our dynamic and visually stunning shows and experiences are developed by top international industry leading directors, choreographers and producers who have worked with a variety of artists on a global scale. This includes our newest show Illuminate, and our original book show, Meridian, in partnership with Black Skull Creative. Offering exciting itineraries spanning the globe, Princess Cruises is one of the leaders in providing award-winning onboard entertainment at sea.

You will be considered for any appointment day, unless you make a specific note on your application.

Seeking an excellent Tenor vocalist that can do Broadway, rock, and contemporary pop. Must be able to sing a minimum of a A4. This performer will take on the young romantic protagonist in any story driven show and be one of the four lead vocalists in the other production shows. Must move well.

[MALE VOCALIST #2] 25 to 45 years old, actively seeking all ethnicities. Physically fit and taller than 5'8". Seeking an excellent Tenor vocalist that can do Broadway, rock, and contemporary pop. Must be able to comfortably hit an A4. This performer will take on the confidant and protective confidant to the romantic protagonist figure in any story driven show and be one of the four lead vocalists in the other production shows. Must move well.

[MALE VOCALIST #3] 32 to 45 years old, BIPOC, Hispanic, East Asian, Southeast Asian, South Asian, Pacific Islander, Filipino, Middle Eastern or Mixed Ethnicity male. Physically fit and taller than 5’8". Seeking an excellent Tenor vocalist that can do Broadway, rock, and contemporary pop. Should be able to do a sustained G4 and pop up to an A4. This performer will take on the parental figure in any story driven show and be one of the four lead vocalists in the other production shows. Must move well.
