As a Spellbound Host onboard, you will be the heart of our nightly Spellbound experience, creating magical moments for our guests. This role involves hosting captivating performances, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression. You will activate the venue according to the produced schedule, ensuring every detail contributes to an enchanting evening. When not engaged in Spellbound, this role will serve as Activity Staff throughout the ship, hosting and emceeing key activities and entertainment programming with an enthusiastic and authentic approach. 

Creating lasting memories by leading a team in providing a safe, fun and consistently elevated guest experience in all activities encompassed within the entertainment and activity area. Actively trains and supports Activity Staff, DJ and other entertainment teammates, and collaborates with fellow Entertainment leaders and shipboard and shoreside partners to maximize the onboard activity program and overall guest experience.  

Creating lasting memories by managing the entertainment business and programming operations for the shipboard entertainment department to ensure all communication, planning, financials, and data tracking are managed effectively for the success of the operation and guest experience to support the Cruise Director and department. Provides accurate and prompt data tracking that guides the Cruise Director and team on key focus for continued success of the program and guest experience. 

The Cruise Director creates lasting memories by leading, mentoring, and developing a diverse Entertainment and Activity Staff team to consistently deliver a guest experience that embraces experiential ownership and aligns with brand standards. Acting as the onboard Brand Ambassador, the Cruise Director hosts significant guest-facing events and activities, presenting a dynamic and engaging entertainment program. This role monitors operations and inspires a guest- and teammate-centric culture.
